Hudson Choir Dates 16-17
We have had to make some adjustments to our performance schedule. Here are the dates we know about at this point. Please make a note of these dates and mark your calendar. New Image students, please check with Lauren to see what additional practices you will have. Thank you! J
Dec. 5, 3:35-4:45 - Concert dress rehearsal in auditorium.
Dec. 12: Holiday Concert. Call for New Image is at 5:30 p.m.; call for all other choir students is at 6 p.m. Concert begins at 6:30 p.m.
We are working on scheduling a performance field trip around town during a school day. This will only affect HS and MS New Image students, as well as HS choir students. It will probably be on December 12. We will let you know as soon as we get it all ironed out. You must be academically eligible to participate!
April 6: Pre-UIL concert. Call is at 6 p.m. for all 6th-12th grade choir students (including New Image). Concert begins in Hudson Auditorium at 6:30 p.m.
April 11, 12, OR 13: UIL Contest. We do not yet know on which of these dates we will perform, so please go ahead and reserve all 3 days, all day long, on your calendar. You will be informed as soon as more specific information is available.
May 5: Spring Concert.
May 19 and 20: New Image Spring Show.

Student supply list:
New Image and Choir students will need a #2 pencil with an eraser for every class period, along with a solid black 3-ring binder, 1½ or 2 inches.
Piano students will need a #2 pencil with an eraser for every class period, along with a set of personal earbuds or headphones which they will bring to class every day. Earbuds may be found at local discount stores for less than $2.
Class expectations and rules:
You will be given a syllabus with class requirements and upcoming dates. Please have your parent or guardian read it and sign the back page, and please sign it yourself. Return this to me for a reward! :-)
