Mrs. Malone

Mrs. Malone, Intro to Culinary & Food Science

Mrs. Amanda Malone is in her fourth year with the Hudson Culinary Program and brings a warm, steady background in teaching, having worked in education for many years, with certifications in Family & Consumer Sciences, History, and Physical Education. A Hudson alumna and former collegiate softball player, she previously taught and coached in Hudson, Apple Springs, and Lufkin ISD. She loves baking, cooking, and exploring new foods, and her passion for hands-on learning inspires creativity and confidence in her students. Mrs. Williams

Mrs. Williams, The culinary arts teacher

Mrs. Williams is a culinary teacher at Hudson High School with an Associate Degree from Angelina College and a BS in Family and Consumer Science. She’s been in education since 2012, culinary since 2014, and has loved her time at Hudson starting in 2022.   • FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) is a student organization that helps teens build leadership skills and explore careers in culinary arts and family sciences. FCCLA offers cooking competitions, community service projects, and scholarships. Texas FCCLA is one of the largest chapters in the country and has been helping students for nearly 80 years.
